Registered Agent
MILS CORPORATION LIMITED is capable of offering various services to create a legal presence and official contact location for your corporation.
For UK companies you will need a registered agent where through his appointed personnel, legal and statutory documents for example from HMRC and/or Companies House can be collected and brought quickly to the attention of the directors. Since you may need to have professionals deal with the tax authorities and to keep your company in good standing, MILS CORPORATION LIMITED can take that burden off from you. For us to be able to provide you with this service, is essential that you authorize us to handle these matters, by signing a form provided by the Inland Revenue.
We, as a Registered agent, will be responsible for the following:
- Your registered office is the legal address of the business at which Companies House, the Inland Revenue and legal authorities can serve official documents and assume that they have been received by the Company Directors.
- People can communicate through the registered agent, assuming that it is regarded as being present in at least one physical location, known as its registered office.
- The address must be a physical location, not just a post office box. This is because the legal corporation has the right to make an action and/or anyone else files a lawsuit. The documents need to be delivered by hand.
- All documents received by the Registered Agent, will always remain safe at the UK registered office. As any authority in the UK can inspect the records kept at the Registered office, the Registered Agent has to have all necessary documents related to the companies we perform this service to, and be informed of any changes that might be made to the company.
