• Existing companies must file a copy of its register of directors (reflecting the active directors of the company) before the 31st of December 2016.
New companies incorporated as of 1st January 2016, will need to file with the Registrar, a copy of its register of directors within 14 days of the appointment of new directors. Any change to the copy of the register of directors shall be filed within 21 days of the change.

There will be a small fee for the filing and penalties will be incurred for late filing.
